Haylee + Jacob | A Cozy Fall Wedding at The Magnolia Cottage

November 8, 2025 — a day that could only be described as perfectly fall. The kind of day where the air shifts from chilly to warm and

back again, where the light feels golden, and where everything seems to pause for a moment of beauty. That was Haylee and Jacob’s wedding day. Set in the heart of fall at Magnolia Cottage, the scene was something out of a dream — cozy, timeless, and full of heartfelt touches. Pumpkins lined the aisle, and handmade doors framed the ceremony space, creating that classic chapel-in-a-field feel. Surrounded by the warm tones of autumn leaves, family and friends gathered, ready to celebrate two people so clearly made for each other.

Before the ceremony,

Haylee and Jacob shared private vows — a quiet, tender moment tucked away before the excitement of the day unfolded. There were tears, laughter, and so much love. Haylee’s first look with her dad was another one of those unforgettable moments… the kind that leaves everyone misty-eyed, watching a father see his daughter as a bride for the first time.

The wedding party was pure joy, fun-loving, energetic and so supportive. The groomsmen, all in cowboy boots and full of personality, brought major Duck Dynasty energy (and yes, I’m pretty sure Jacob started the day with a little duck hunting). Their laughter and antics kept us all smiling through photos.

The Ceremony

itself was full of meaning and joy. Guests were invited to highlight their favorite Bible verse, leaving behind verses and blessings for the couple — such a special keepsake. The officiant’s words were moving and personal, capturing the essence of their union so beautifully. Then came sunset — and wow. The Magnolia Cottage gave us everything we could hope for. The golden light, the warmth, the breeze — it all worked together perfectly. It was one of those moments I wanted to freeze in time (and maybe pull an all-nighter editing right away... but I’ll resist).

And then came the reception.

What. A. Party. From glow sticks to packed dance floors, everyone was out there living it up. The DJs kept the energy high, and honestly, it felt less like a wedding and more like a full-on nightclub — in the best way possible. I didn’t feel like just the photographer; I felt like part of the celebration. To close out the night, Haley and Jacob’s crew brought out American flags for a Toby Keith classic — “Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue.” The crowd waved their flags, sang at the top of their lungs, and celebrated not just love, but life itself.

A sparkler exit followed, the perfect ending to a wedding day that truly felt like a dream. Haylee and Jacob’s day was everything a little girl dreams of when she imagines her wedding — love, laughter, and a party that no one wanted to end. It was an honor to capture every second of it.
